Fairfield Police and Fairfield Fire Departments to Hold Joint Active Shooter Training; Invite Media to March 13 Media 
The Fairfield Police and Fire Department will hold joint Active Shooter Training sessions at Paradise Valley Estates starting Thursday, March 9.
Additional sessions will be held March 13 (Media/Outside Agency Day) and 15, then March 29, 31 and April 4.
Active Shooter Training is conducted every two years to ensure personnel from both agencies remain proficient in the best methods for ensuring community safety, should such an event occur. During the training, Police and Fire Active Killer Instructors will evaluate the performance of our police officers, firefighters, the supervisors leading them, and our dispatchers.
