Needles Woman Arrested for Criminal Threats

LOCATION: 1900 block of Erin Drive, Needles
SUSPECT(S): Donna Flurry, 45-years-old, resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential Male
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 5:48 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to the 1900 block of Erin Drive in the city of Needles, regarding a welfare check.
Through investigation, it was discovered that during a verbal argument between the victim and Donna Flurry, Flurry threatened to kill the victim with a gun. The victim evaded Flurry and locked himself inside a bedroom within his residence in fear for his safety. The victim eventually fled from the residence and contacted law enforcement.
Upon arrival, deputies contacted the victim outside of the residence and the victim provided audio and video of the incident. Flurry could be heard in the footage manipulating and racking what sounded like a gun while threating to shoot and kill the victim. After a brief standoff, Flurry was contacted near the residence and was subsequently arrested for PC 422(A)- criminal threats. Flurry was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. She remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with bail set at $50,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
