Disturbing subject get physical with police 
SVPD Officers responded to Santa Ynez St. for 33 year old Simi Valley resident Akinshola Fanu (Fanu) causing a disturbance in his neighborhood. When officers arrived, they made verbal contact with him and tried to de-escalate the situation. During the contact, Fanu punched a SVPD Sergeant in the face causing a small laceration to his cheek. Fanu was arrested and booked at Ventura County Main Jail for 69 PC and 243(c)(2) PC.
