Flooding and Road Closures 
The City is continuing to see localized flooding due to the rain and water runoff from neighboring hills. At this time, the following streets are closed:
- Miller Ave between Uvas Park Dr and W Luchessa Ave (Silva's Crossing).
- Santa Teresa Boulevard between Third Street and Club Drive
- Day Road East between Monterey Road and Santa Teresa Boulevard
- Santa Teresa Boulevard Northbound at Day Road
- East Luchessa Avenue between Monterey Road and Automall Parkway
- Mesa Road between U.S Highway 101 and Santa Teresa Boulevard
- Castro Valley Road between U.S Highway 101 and Santa Teresa Boulevard
- Hecker Pass from Watsonville Road to Carlton Road on the Santa Cruz County Side.
