* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of central California and northern California, including the following counties, in central California, San Benito. In northern California, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz.
* WHEN...Until 400 PM PST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 957 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Southbound lanes on California Highway 101 are closed near Gilroy. Flooding will continue on Uvas Creek. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
