* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of north central Nevada and northeast Nevada, including the following counties, in north central Nevada, Eureka. In northeast Nevada, Elko.
* WHEN...Until 430 PM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 133 PM PST, Eureka county law enforcement reported moderate to heavy rain in the advisory area along with snow melt. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 0.2 and 0.4 inches of rain have fallen. - State Route 278 within western Elko and northern Eureka counties are the most likely place to experience water flowing over this roadway. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
