* WHERE...Northern Cook and Lake, Southern Lake, Southern Cook, Carlton and South St. Louis and Pine Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Grand Portage Reservation, the Fond du Lac Band and the Mille Lacs Band, Hinckley and, Lena Lake areas.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
