Chino Hills Man Arrested for Vehicle Burglary After GPS Leads Deputies to His Location

SUMMARY: On March 12, 2023, at 8:40 a.m., deputies from the Chino Hills Station responded to a vehicle burglary at the 5400 Block of Wild Sage Place, in the city of Chino Hills. During the investigation, deputies recovered video surveillance that captured an unknown male suspect break into the victim's vehicle. The suspect stole the victim's backpack, which contained miscellaneous items and headphones equipped with GPS tracking technology.
The victim gave deputies the location of the headphones according to the GPS, which was a business parking lot on Mountain Avenue in the city of Chino. Deputies responded to the parking lot and contacted Terrall Meisenheimer, a Chino Hills resident, who was in possession of the victim's stolen property. During the investigation, deputies determined that Meisenheimer committed the burglary. Meisenheimer was arrested for PC 459-vehicle burglary.
