* WHERE...Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.
* WHEN...For the first Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 AM EDT early this morning. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 2 PM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
