Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé, Chief of Police Emanuel Miranda, and Training Captain Matthew Ruane attended today’s graduation ceremony of five Newark Police recruits who trained at the Hudson County Police Academy. The recruits will be sworn into service at an upcoming ceremony by Mayor Ras J. Baraka before they receive their initial assignments.
