* WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will change to snow later tonight into Tuesday morning. The transition will take longer at lower elevations. The greatest snow totals will be in the higher elevations mainly above 1000 feet. Southern and southeast portions of Warren and Morris Counties may not even reach an inch of snow.
