* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected between midnight and 6 AM MST Wednesday as a cold front moves through. Rain changing to snow will create an additional travel hazard.
