The City of Richland Hills is going Digital with Smart Water Meters! Beginning this month, we will be partnering with Performance Services to install residential and commercial water meters with an automatic (smart) meter reading system. Replacing our old water meters will ensure we can accurately track water usage while reducing maintenance work.
