* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central Nevada, north central Nevada and northeast Nevada, including the following counties, in central Nevada, Nye. In north central Nevada, Lander. In northeast Nevada, Elko and White Pine.
* WHEN...Until 1100 PM PDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1050 AM PDT, Rain and snowmelt is causing minor flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. - Rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Elko, Ely, Battle Mountain, Carlin, Wells, Ruby Lake, Jiggs, Lee, South Fork, Palisade, Spring Creek, Grass Valley and Emigrant Pass. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
