Wilmington Police arrest man on burglary charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man in connection to a burglary.
On March 12, at approximately 7:50 p.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the 200 block of West 9th Street, in reference to a burglary. At approximately 10:19 p.m., officers located a subject matching the description of the burglary suspect. Officers conducted a pedestrian stop on 36-year-old Nelson Norman, who was taken into custody without incident.
Norman was charged with the following offenses:
- Burglary (Third Degree)
- Theft Under $1500
- Criminal Mischief
