The Hoboken Police and Fire Departments are on the scene of a manhole issue outside 1470 Garden Street.
No injuries or outages are reported but Police advise that 15th Street will be closed between Park Avenue and Bloomfield Street until further notice. Police Officers will be on site with the Hoboken Office of Emergency management to help direct traffic around detours.
PSEG crews will be on scene to assess the situation and make necessary repairs.
