** ROADWAYS AND BRIDGE NOW REOPENED **   San Rafael PD is assisting Marin CHP with the closure of EB Hwy 580 and the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge.  The closure is expected to be long tern due to an overturned big rig. The big rig can not be uprighted unitl the winds die down. Avoid travel through San Rafael as local streets in the area are extremely congested.  

Suggested alternate routes include State Route 37 or the Bay Bridge.
