* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph.
* WHERE...Southwest Highlands and Southern Twin Falls County.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur between midnight and 6 AM MDT Wednesday as a cold front crosses the region. Rain will change to snow Wednesday morning, posing additional travel hazards.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHWEST HIGHLANDS ... SOUTHERN TWIN FALLS COUNTY
