Malibu Canyon Rd closed from Piuma Rd to Civic Center Way due to rockslides. ETA to open 8AM. 
Most city streets and canyon roads remain open (see closure list below). Roadway conditions have changed rapidly throughout the night. Proceed with extreme caution, and watch for storm debris, rocks, and street flooding blocking one lane in numerous locations in Malibu. Maintenance crews worked through the night and will continue to clear debris and monitor the roadways throughout the day.
Current Road Closures:
• Malibu Cyn between Piuma Rd and Civic Center Way (debris being cleared in County jurisdiction) ETA on reopening about 8AM.
• Rainsford (Arizona crossing)- temporary during high flow.
• Bonsall Dr (Arizona crossing located at end of street)- temporary during high flow.
• Big Rock between PCH and Rockport- slide and roadway reduced to one lane.
• Las Flores Cyn between PCH and Las Flores Mesa- slide and roadway reduced to one lane.
• Corral Cyn (within city limits)- various slides with areas reduced to one lane.
• Latigo Cyn (within city limits)- various slides with areas reduced to one lane.
Under CA law, come to a complete stop at any intersection with a malfunctioning traffic signal.
