Southeast of Corcoran in Tulare County, Tule River at Ave. 144 is at extremely high level. Flooding is occurring on Ave. 144 immediately East of Hwy. 43. Flooding is also extending onto the Northbound lane of Hwy. 43 just North of Ave. 144. Please be cautious driving in these areas and avoid if possible.
