* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact vehicular travel and aviation operations. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate snow will fall through Thursday afternoon with heavy snow starting Thursday evening into Friday morning.
