Multiple Signal Lights Out - Treat as 4-Way Stop 
Following yesterday's storm there are still several signal lights out in busy intersections in Redwood City. Per Vehicle Code 21800 if a signal light becomes inoperable, all motorists are required to first stop, then yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on their right or stopped at the intersection before them. Please slow down when approaching ALL intersections to check and see if the lights are out and then proceed with caution. Some of the signals cannot be repaired until March 17th.
