Sheriff's Office investigating death of man found on Southwood Park Drive on Hilton Head Island 
Today, March 16th, 2023 at approximately 7:24 a.m. Sheriff's Office deputies were called to Southwood Park Drive on Hilton Head Island after a man was found deceased near the treeline bordering Southwood Park Drive.
The man has been identified as 25-year-old Darryal Lamont Grant, Jr. of Hilton Head Island. His death is being investigated as a homicide.
Investigators are canvassing local businesses in the area for any video or evidence that may provide insight into what happened to Mr. Grant.
