* WHEN...Until Noon MDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Tire chains may be necessary if traveling through mountain passes. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Due to relatively warm temperatures, much of the snow will initially fall as a heavy, wet snow. This may cause abnormally heavy weight on rooftops and other structures at high elevations.
