* IMPACTS...Flooding over the approaches to the bridge across Navajo Route 71 near Bird Springs. Flooding of low-water crossings along the Little Colorado River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 317 AM MST /417 AM MDT/, river guage reports indicated rises along the Little Colorado River due to prior rain and snowmelt. The elevated flow is expected to reach Bird Springs by late this morning and crest during the afternoon. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
