Wilmington Police arrest juvenile in connection to vehicle theft: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a juvenile male in connection to a vehicle theft.
On March 6, at approximately 8:00 a.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the 2400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, in reference to a report of a vehicle theft. The case was assigned to Detective James Rook of the Criminal Investigations Division.
The investigation continued, and the efforts of Det. Rook led to the identification of a 17-year-old male juvenile as a suspect. On March 16, the suspect was taken into custody without incident.
He has been charged with the following offense:
