Wilmington Police arrest man on drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man following a drug investigation.
On March 16, at approximately 11:24 a.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division, along with members of the Canine Unit, executed search warrants in the 3000 block of Governor Printz Boulevard and the 600 block of East 23rd Street, following a drug investigation. Police took 51-year-old Kelvin Clark into custody without incident. Police recovered 849 grams of marijuana and $19,072 in currency.
Clark was charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
