2nd Street closure, parking restrictions Monday 
It's going to be busy on 2nd Street Monday, March 20. The block between Rehoboth and Baltimore will be closed to traffic from approximately 7 am-5 pm so that a crane may be brought in for a construction project. In the next block of 2nd Street, between Baltimore and Maryland, the water tower will be cleaned (this project was rescheduled from last week). Parking spaces on that block as well as several spots in the convention center parking lot will be closed. Also, Elkins Way will be closed to pedestrians.
