DWI Arrest 
On Friday, March 17, 2023 at approximately 1045 hours, the Readington Township Police were dispatched to the CVS on Route 202 for a report of a suspicious male. Upon arrival, the Readington Township Police observed Jeff Jorgensen out of Stocton, NJ standing outside his vehicle in the parking lot. Jorgensen appeared to be under the influence and failed the officers field sobriety tests. Jorgensen was arrested for DWI and issued a summons for Driving While Intoxicated. The filing of charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
