MEDIA RELEASE: OWI 4th Offense 
On March 17, 2023, Middleton Officers responded to the report of a woman acting strangely and driving her vehicle with a flat tire in the 6700 block of Frank Lloyd Wright Avenue. Officers observed the vehicle driving on its rim and stopped the vehicle.
During the investigation, it was determined that Sarah Prine-Black, 59, of Middleton, had consumed alcohol prior to operating the vehicle. She showed signs of impairment and smelled of intoxicants. Officers administered field sobriety tests and she was ultimately arrested for 4th offense Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated (OWI). Prine-Black was transported to the Dane County Jail where she was booked in on a tentative charge of 4th offense OWI.
