Incident Details: PSPD is seeking your help in locating an "at risk" missing Juvenile. Morgan Norris 16 years old BFJ left her Palm Springs residence on foot sometime between the hours of midnight and 0330. She is 5'5" 118lbs has brown hair brown eyes and was last seen wearing a pink shirt and dark leggings. if you have any information regarding this missing juvenile please call 911 or Palm Springs Police at 760 327 1441.
