* WHAT...For the first Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures generally from 25 to 30 are expected. For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures generally from 23 to 28 are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of the Piedmont and foothills of North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, from 2 AM to 10 AM EDT Sunday. For the second Freeze Warning, from 11 PM Sunday to 10 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
