The National Weather Service in Upton has issued a Red Flag Warning for Northeast New Jersey, which is in effect from 10 AM to 8 PM EDT Sunday.
* AFFECTED AREA...Western Passaic, Eastern Passaic, Hudson, Western Bergen, Eastern Bergen, Western Essex, Eastern Essex, Western Union and Eastern Union.
* TIMING...10 AM TO 8 PM Sunday.
* WINDS...West 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 25 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...Mid 30s to Low 40s.
* IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions could cause rapid wildfire growth and spread if ignition occurs.
