L.A. County Public Works Issues Phase 2 Mud Flow Alert; Fish Fire Area Moves to Yellow Alert Level Today at 6 PM
Weather reports indicate more rain coming to Duarte. Los Angeles County Public Works has issued a PHASE 2 mudflow forecast for the Fish Fire area from today, Monday, March 20, starting at 6 PM through Wednesday, March 22 until 6 PM. Fish Fire Area will move to Yellow Alert Level starting today, March 20 at 6 PM and will last until Wednesday, March 22, until 6 PM.
Residents from Melcanyon Road from Brookridge Road to Fish Canyon Road (approximately 25 homes) are directed to follow the below protocol:
- Rain-related parking restrictions in effect on Melcanyon Road between Brookridge Road and Fish Canyon Road; as well as Deerlane Road between Melcanyon Road and Greenbank Avenue
- Remove any trash bins from the street
