Simi Valley Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance with the location of 76-year-old Susan Paulsen. On March 20, 2023, Paulsen left her residence in the 2300 block of Sebring Avenue in the City of Simi Valley. She was supposed to walk to a neighbor’s house, however, she never arrived and is now missing. Paulsen was described as an Asian female, about 4’11” tall, weighing 90 LBS, with brown shoulder length hair and wearing a white puffer vest and tan or white stocking cap.
