* AREA AND TIMING...Northeast Plains (Zone 104) and the East Central Plains (Zone 126) from Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest to west 25 to 35 mph with gusts to near 60 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...18 to 23 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended..
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHEAST PLAINS ... EAST CENTRAL PLAINS
