Flood Advisory until 11:00AM

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following counties, Monterey and San Benito.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 848 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.05 and 0.15 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.25 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Salinas, Hollister, Soledad, Gonzales, Carmel Valley Village, Chualar, Spreckels, Boronda, Prunedale, Ridgemark, San Clemente Dam, San Juan Bautista and Aromas. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
