Newark Police Division Candidate Investigations Unit Sergeant T. Best, along with Community Affairs Detectives L. Young-Dunlap, A. Ahmad, and N. Henningsen, attended the “Strive To Thrive” Youth Conference held at Rutgers University Law School.
