* WHERE...Santa Margarita River At Santa Margarita river at Ysidora.
* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 8.2 feet, 2,500 cfs. The river has reached monitor stage. Personnel begin regular patrols along the levee. At 11.2 feet, Minor flood stage, 8,000 cfs. Vandegrift Road has begun to flood downstream of the gage. Stuart Mesa Road closures can be expected. At 13.3 feet, Moderate flood stage, 17,000 cfs. Vandegrift Road is flooded for several miles downstream of the gage site. Stuart Mesa Road is flooded near the bridge.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:15 AM PDT Tuesday the stage was 7.8 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this afternoon to 11.5 feet late this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening to 11.1 feet just after midnight tonight. It will rise to flood stage.
