According to the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections (DCC), Antwonn R. Simmons, 29, will be moving to 600 S Jackson St, Janesville, WI 53548.
Simmons was convicted of second-degree sexual assault of a child in 2015.
Simmons is a lifetime registrant which requires him to register with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry and must comply with GPS monitoring; no contact with prior victims; no contact with anyone under 18 without prior Agent approval; shall not be present in locations frequented by minors; and must comply with all requirements and registrant of WI sex offender registry.
