* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Bond IL, Clinton IL, Fayette IL, Madison IL, Marion IL, Monroe IL, Randolph IL, Saint Clair IL and Washington IL. Portions of Missouri, including the following areas, Crawford MO, Franklin MO, Gasconade MO, Iron MO, Jefferson MO, Madison MO, Osage MO, Reynolds MO, Saint Charles MO, Saint Francois MO, Saint Louis City MO, Saint Louis MO, Sainte Genevieve MO, Warren MO and Washington MO.

* WHEN...From Thursday evening through late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Total rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches can be expected throughout the Watch area, with locally higher amounts possible.
