The Camarillo Police Department is proud to announce another “Coffee with a Cop” event. Coffee with a Cop brings deputies and community members together, over coffee, to discuss issues and learn more about resources, services, and needs of the community. On Tuesday, March 29th, from 8:00 am to 10:30 am, we will be at Starbucks located at 540 Las Posas Road in the Las Posas Plaza.
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office (VCSO) works closely with the Ventura County Fire Department (VCFD) regarding public safety and safeguarding property. We are excited to have firefighters from the Wildland Division present during this event. They will be able to talk to you about brush clearance, property and home preparations, and other fire related issues as it pertains to brushfires in our community.
Community trust is one of the key elements to the success of the Camarillo Police Department. By sitting down and having a simple conversation with the community members we serve, our town and county will continue to thrive.
