* IMPACTS...Flooding of the Little Colorado in Bird Springs is expected. Deadly flooding over low-water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 919 PM MST/1015 PM MDT, stream gauge reports in Winslow indicate the Little Colorado River has risen to a stage of 18 feet. This will cause flooding downstream in the Bird Springs community. Flooding is expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Little Colorado River. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Navajo Reservation. - Visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for more information on flood safety.
