* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 10 inches in lower to mid-elevation areas, with 15 or more inches of new snow to locations above 9000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range. This includes the portion of NV229 through Secret Pass.
* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 8 AM PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* AFFECTED AREAS: RUBY MOUNTAINS AND EAST HUMBOLDT RANGE
