OWI-4th Offense
On 03/22/22, at 9:25 PM, Janesville officers found Juana Kusch parked at Kwik Trip, 254 E. Memorial Drive, slumped over the wheel of her vehicle, with the engine running.
Kusch showed signs of impairment, which are believed to be drug related.
A Department of Motor Vehicle Check showed she had 3 prior OWI convictions.
She was subsequently arrested for OWI-4th, and she consented to a legal blood draw. The results are pending.
