* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations of one to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Visibilities reduced to one half mile or less.
* WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta.
* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 PM AKDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Conditions will rapidly deteriorate with the arrival of a front this morning for Nunivak Island and midday for the Kuskokwim Delta coast. Visibilities will drop to one quarter mile or less with gales leading to the possibility of a brief period of blizzard conditions, likely less than three hours. Conditions will then improve quickly behind the front as steady snow tapers to showers, while winds persist. The front progresses inland this afternoon into this evening for inland locations, with brief blizzard conditions remaining possible.
