To:  Residents of Indianapolis Blvd

Re: Indianapolis Blvd. from 143^rd to Columbus Dr.
Starting Monday 3/27/23, a project to replace aging sewer and water lines on Indianapolis Blvd will begin.  This project will consist of new sewers, water lines, and concrete walks, curb, & asphalt restoration. This portion of the project should be complete by end of September 2023.
Please note that another project to widen Indianapolis Blvd will follow shortly behind this project.  That project will consist of new sidewalks, curbs, parking spaces, and new asphalt.  This project will most likely be performed by another contractor.
Indianapolis Blvd will be closed to thru traffic and parking (except for emergency vehicles).  The construction crews will work approximately 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.    We will notify you prior to working on something in the street that could affect you, such as water service hookups.
Periodically, intersections will be closed to crossing traffic.  Mostly this will happen during working hours and typically will be opened for overnight traffic.
