The Green Bay Police Department can release that the body found in the 1200 block of Packerland Drive on the City’s west side is that of a 26-year-old Green Bay area man.
The identity of the deceased will not be disclosed at this time per the request of next of kin.
Officers were dispatched on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, around 10:30 a.m. for a medical call after a passerby had reported seeing a person lying on the ground near a wooded area.
Through an ongoing investigation, we currently do not suspect foul play to be a cause of death.
An autopsy has been scheduled by the Brown County Medical Examiner’s Office.
