* WHEN...From 11 AM to 7 PM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...West winds may cause dangerous driving conditions, especially cross winds on roadways that run mainly north and south. This will include Highways 87, highway 67, Highway 277, and Highways 83 and 84.
