* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas and West Tennessee, including the following counties, in East Arkansas, Cross and Mississippi. In West Tennessee, Dyer, Lake, Obion and Weakley.

* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A stalled front will drape across portions of northeast Arkansas and the Missouri Bootheel. 2 to 3 inches of rainfall is possible, with isolated higher amounts. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
